Topic: EVERY MEMBER, A PRAYER WARRIOR

The MESSAGE:
We have got to a junction where whether you like it or not, whether you enjoy it or not, you now have to be a prayer warrior.
Prayer is a mystery; a mystery of simplicity and complexity. Jesus told us in *Luke 18:1* that men ought always to pray and not faint. Meaning that the fainting power can attack your prayer life.
>>> I am praying for anyone listening to me now, every arrow of fainting in your prayer life shall back fire in the name of Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:17* tells us to pray without ceasing. That is, just continue. Why is the Bible advocating this? Prayer is the strongest force working on this planet earth now.
Prayer has no respect for your opinion or position. Prayer invests great power upon men; and therefore in this war which all of us are seeing now, the prayer warrior plays a strategic role.
Why? Satan is scared of true prayers. The enemy dreads true prayers and may I tell you that where there is no prayer, there is no power?
Your prayer life is an indicator of your spiritual life. If it is weak, your spiritual life is weak. If it is strong, your spiritual life is strong.
Prayer is that secret weapon to dismantle the plan of the enemy. Without prayers, we are doomed. If Jesus had to pray, how about you and me?
Jesus considered one hour prayer as kindergarten. When He came to the disciples, He asked _”so you could not pray with me one hour?”_ So, to Him, one hour prayer is nothing.
Prayer is a process, a power and a practice. It is a process of dressing up in God’s armour. Prayer gives us power to do battle in the name of God.
The great apostle Babalola was very strong because of his prayer life. Prayer is the most powerful weapon at the saints’ disposal.
The world may find a way of closing the churches. The world may even find a way of taking our Bibles, but they cannot stop our prayers.
Prayer brings the saints to the presence of God. It brings the power of God to bear in the lives of the saints. We suffer due to abysmal neglect of prayers.
It is a lamentable tragedy that most times, some believers do not pray something through. It is a lamentable tragedy that individuals get right to the edge of great blessings, then they drop the prayer. They become lazy and quit.
One punching passage is in *James 4:2*. It strikes a particular point home forcibly. It says _”you did not receive because you did not ask”_. That is why that songwriter says we lose many blessings because we do not bring everything to the Lord in prayers.
So, the powerlessness of the modern day Christians is the neglect of prayers. I have been asked to tell you, to advise and counsel you that you must now, if not before, become a prayer warrior.
A prayer warrior is a person who:
︎Chooses to fight personal and spiritual battles through prayers.︎Puts on the whole armour of God.︎Is addicted to prayers.︎Practices operation *”PUSH”* _(Pray Until Something Happens)_.︎Takes prayer as a lifestyle. He is an intercessor. Prayer is like his oxygen.︎Wields his power in prayer.︎Is fervent on the altar of prayer.︎Fights spiritual battles to get results.︎Prays without ceasing.The apostles in the Bible regarded prayer as the most important function in their lives. Our prayer must affect the body, the blood and the bones.
I hear some people say “but prayer is not this hard”. Jesus prayed until He was sweating blood. Seven times Elijah was in prayer. The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh times, Elijah was in prayer.
Listen: There is no amount of earthly education that can make up for the failure in the school of prayer.
>>> (Raise up your two hands to the heavenlies) My Father, make me a prayer warrior in the name of Jesus.*
There is no conference, study, or gift that can supply the lack of prayers. Persistent prayer never grows weary. It is never discouraged. Persistent prayer will wait patiently and continue the prayers inspite of the opposition.
It continues to pray until the dark clouds are withdrawn. It is prayer that climbed the ladder of Jacob. Elijah intensified his prayer effort seven times before the rain came down.
We need to pray the way Elijah prayed. We need to pray the way Hannah prayed. Hannah prayed like a drunken person. We need to pray Jesus’ style. He prayed until the sweat started to drop like blood from his face.
We need to pray the apostles’ style. They prayed and the building they were gathered in was shaken together. We need to pray until the enemy of our soul has nowhere to hide.
>>> I am praying that there will be somebody here today who will receive the spirit of prayer and become a prayer warrior!
Many times, the fate of this world is not in the hands of the government. It is not in the hands of governors, kings or presidents. It is in the hands of intercessors.
Prayers can influence the society, just as Abraham and Daniel prayed in the Old Testament. So, prayer warriors are called to do spiritual warfare.
There is no area of a man’s life that is not subject to satanic attack. We must become prayer warriors to stand against these things.

>>> Anointing of the prayer eagle, overshadow my life in the name of Jesus.
Why do we need to become prayer warriors now?
Demonic activities are now everywhere. Men and women are going deeper and deeper into the occcult to get power. Do not think that those your business associates are normal people.
Many of them are mini witch doctors. Demonic activities are now everywhere being displayed in the open. Sin, sickness, diseases, curses, untold problems are mounting and increasing daily.
Plenty of suffering in our world. Plenty of satanic attacks. This pandemic has not made things easy for so many people. There were a lot of people who used to come to church, pray, collect fire, collect anointing, go home, pray.
During the lockdown, there was no church to go to, no where to pray, and the devil started. The enemy was able to regroup and dealt with so many people.
>>> That is why I am praying this prayer for somebody who can shout “Amen” seven (7) times that any arrow of this pandemic fired against you, I command them to go back to the senders in the name of Jesus.*
We need to become prayer warriors. Poverty and lack are now widespread. There is resistance to the gospel in so many places. We have occultic and satanic prophets in naked display.
There is a lot of decrease in godliness, a lot of decrease in honesty, a lot of decrease in moral values. There is this spirit of hopelessness hanging around. And now satanic prophets are demonstrating their power; confusing so many people.
They will even call people on phone and say _”I am prophet so and so, you need to buy seven goats now, you need to bring this money now, you need to bring that money now. If you do not bring enough, we cannot continue what we are doing.”
Satanic prophets all over the place and like I tell you here, any man of God asking you for money before prayer is not from God; because the Bible says _”freely are ye given, freely ye give”_. I say this without any apology.
The reason he is collecting money from you is because he did not get what he is using for you freely. A lot of people are circulating round those false prophets who are exploiting the problems of man to make themselves rich.
There are powers now beloveth making battles to be longer than usual. We need prayers. There are evil kings that are uniting against us. We need to become prayer warriors.
Very soon, we are going to start praying. They are not ordinary prayers. They are prayers you pray here and continue at home. You must covenant yourself to prayers.
Listen to these prayer tonics:
1. You will never find time for prayer, you must make time for it. If you are too busy to pray, then you are too easy for the enemy to catch.
2. There is nothing too small to pray over. Therefore, acquire the habit of praying over little things.
3. Always define your burdens by meditation and attack it by prayer. You may make a list of them; and attack them one by one in prayers.
4. Make your petitions large because you serve a big God.
Please note these tonics, they will help you become a prayer warrior.
5. For God to use your mouth for prayers, you must keep your tongue from evil. Watch your tongue.
6. Pray most when you do not feel like praying. That is the dangerous time, the time to pray most.
7. Do not stop praying until you are through. Do not give up until you see that rain falling like Elijah. Even if things are looking upside down all over the place, do not give up.
Remember the scripture _”God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in time of trouble, therefore we will not be troubled. Though the earth be troubled, though the mountains be cast into the midst of the sea, we are not moved. When the waters are shaken with the swelling, God is in the midst of her”_. Continue the prayers inspite of that.
8. Learn the secret of prevailing.
9. Learn how to pray in the spirit; meaning be able to pray in tongues. Tongues are an entrance into the supernatural. Tongues are speaking mysteries, the language of God.
Therefore, work on your schedule of activities now. You will have to adjust your priorities to accommodate prayers. You will need to sacrifice some activities to give time to prayers.
You will need to deal with weariness. You may need to sleep briefly, then you wake up and start intensive prayers. After several hours of prayers, you may need to refresh yourself and start again.
You may need to change your posture. You can kneel down, lie down, walk about, sit down. You will need to be changing that posture. You need to deal with personal laziness and restlessness.
You may need to deal with your spiritual indiscipline of finding prolonged prayer difficult. The kind of enemies and powers arranged against some people, their prayer altar is too weak to deal with those kinds of powers.
I am begging you now to revive that prayer altar and to pray with fire today that that spirit of the prayer warrior will fall upon you. Once that spirit falls upon you, really you have no problems, because you have the greatest weapon to use.
PRAYER POINTS
(Sing this song) _Do something new in my life, something new in my life, something new in my life, O Lord, do something new in my life, something new in my life, something new in my life, O Lord. (You can replace “new” with ‘marvellous’ and ‘glorious’)_.
Hold the prophetic materials in your hand and shout Jesus 21 times.
1. O God arise, multiply your presence and power in my life in the name of Jesus.
2. Whatever will make me great that the enemy has collected in my dream, O God arise, collect them back for me in the name of Jesus.
3. O God arise, pour your oil upon my head in the name of Jesus.
4. Angels of new beginning, locate me by fire in the name of Jesus.
5. Satanic busstops in front of me, die in the name of Jesus.
6. O God of new things, my life is available, visit me by fire in the name of Jesus.
7. Say: My father I come before you now. I use these faith materials as prophetic symbols that you fulfil your promise in my life that says *_”I will do a new thing in your life”_*.
8. Battles assigned to kill my glory, you are liars, die in the name of Jesus.
9. In this season, whether the enemy likes it or not, I shall be lifted in the name of Jesus.
10. Angels of sudden miracles, visit me this month in the name of Jesus.
11. Pick a song of praises in your mouth and sing to GOD.
